8月10日12：00左右，攀藍鼎2燒1#循環(huán)泵進口軟連接破裂，備用泵2#循環(huán)泵進口閥無法開啟投入使用，對生產(chǎn)運行造成嚴重風險，如不能馬上消除故障，啟動備用2#泵，會導致出口SO2指標不受控，致使前端減產(chǎn)或停產(chǎn)。故障就是指令，出現(xiàn)故障后生產(chǎn)部立即組織檢修班長何亮、副班長蘇仕國、生產(chǎn)班長鄭義現(xiàn)場制定搶修保產(chǎn)方案。
